Forbes Better Czechia 2025: Two Days Between the Top of Business and Politics

This year's event was held 15—16 October in Karlovy Vary and for our team it meant two days of intensive preparation, precise logistics and creativity in practice.

Round tables and pre-parties at Sparkasse

The day before the main program of the conference, we arranged Refreshments for round tables on the direction of the Czech Republic after the elections and evening pre-party at Sparkasse. Dozens of top executives, business leaders and public figures met at the site. Our task was to create an environment that promotes open debate and a relaxed atmosphere, not only gastronomically, but also in the form of service and presentation.

All-day catering for more than 700 guests

The main day of the conference, October 16 at Císařské Lázně, welcomed over 700 participants. Our team provided full catering from early morning until evening. From stylish welcome canapés of freshly baked bread with homemade butter, to welcome drink in the form of Espresso Martini from granita station, breakfast menu, coffee breaks and buffet lunch to afternoon networking. Great success was also achieved by our sweet corner with crushed chocolate, which became an informal zone for networking and rest between the conference blocks.

Collaboration with Nespresso

As part of the event, we started cooperation with Nespresso, we prepared a pairing of Nespresso coffee with desserts from our patisserie. Guests were able to enjoy four types of coffee at the Nespresso Café, combined with our original sweets.

Logistics, accuracy and teamwork

Such large-scale events are not only about the choice of dishes. They are about Perfectly matched logistics, precise coordination and experienced teamthat must respond in real time while maintaining composure and professionalism. Several dozen service members and chefs worked on the site, who combined to serve hundreds of guests in a single day, without a single service failure. We thank everyone involved in the project, our production team, chefs and service staff who handled the demanding schedule with precision and peace of mind.
