Are you interested in what catering services we offer in Prague, Brno or maybe in the castle? How much time do we need to prepare? Or will we also prepare a vegan menu?
On this page you will find answers to frequently asked questions about catering for corporate events, parties, conferences or private parties and weddings.

Price of services and offer

How much does catering cost?

The price depends on the number of guests, the type of menu, the form of service, the location and your requirements. We prepare each offer individually tailored to the specific event, just send us basic information and we will contact you immediately with a price calculation.

How the demand takes place


Just fill out the enquiry form or contact us at sales@incatering.cz, possibly call at +420 220 560 494. You will then be contacted by colleagues from the Implementation team to clarify your requirements. Based on the type of event, the number of guests and your requirements, we will prepare a non-binding quotation within 1-2 working days.

How long in advance do I need to order catering?

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, ideally 4-8 weeks before the event. For smaller events or coffee breaks, a shorter time may be enough, depending on our capacity, ideally at least 14 days before the event. However, we can also respond in an express manner, please contact us as soon as possible to verify the capacity.

What types of catering do you offer?

We offer a wide range of catering services from banquets, flying buffets, served lunches, coffee breaks to gala dinners. We also prepare themed catering according to the nature of the event. Corporate events make up a significant part of our contracts, we have extensive experience with conferences, presentations, parties and festive events

Do you also provide service and equipment?


Yes, our services include full service, professional staff, inventory, furniture and decoration. We take care of everything from A to Z. Our experienced and trained staff provides reliable service, transparent communication and a creative approach to the implementation of the event.

Where are you able to provide catering?


Catering is carried out throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia in any premises according to the client's wishes. Interiors, exteriors, historical buildings and modern offices. We are able to adapt to the technical possibilities of the location and we will provide catering for you even on the green meadow. If there is no electricity, we provide a diesel unit.

We are able to provide regular corporate catering, from daily lunches to meeting snacks or coffee breaks.

We have an overview of dozens of tested locations throughout the Czech Republic, we are happy to advise you on choosing according to the type of your event. We ourselves act as preferred catering partner in Cubex Centrum Prague, Břevnov Monastery, City Conference Center and in Nové Spirál na Výstaviště

Special requirements and diets

Do you also prepare a gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan menu? ‍

Yes, on request we prepare a special menu without gluten, lactose, vegan or vegetarian. We always pay attention to balance and taste quality without compromise.

Our team of chefs can prepare any type of cuisine.

Do you want Italy, France, USA to your event? No problem. We can also handle Asian cuisine, all in first-class quality and with original service.

How do you ensure hygiene and safety? ‍

Yes, we have an experienced team that carefully complies with all legislative requirements. We will always provide you with an overview of allergens in each dish. We pay attention to the highest hygiene standards, we have our own HACCP system, trained personnel and we use certified suppliers. Each event has a guaranteed chef and quality manager.

Can we taste the menu in advance?


Yes, we offer tasting in our facilities or by appointment. Tastings most often take place at one of our locations or at our facilities.

Drinks and alcohol

Do you also provide drinks and bar service?

Yes, we offer complete beverage catering, wines, prosecco, mixed drinks, coffee, homemade sodas and special cocktail bars and we also offer additional services such as bartender service, sommelier or coffee bar with barista. We can also supply drinking equipment and refrigeration.

Can we supply our own alcohol?

Yes, it is possible by prior agreement. In this case, we only charge for service (glass, ice, staff, etc.). We will be happy to adapt the offer to your requirements.

Technical and operational issues

Do you also provide technical equipment?

Yes, we cooperate with proven suppliers and we can provide you with complete technical facilities, from furniture, party tents to lighting equipment.

How many staff are part of the catering?

It depends on the type of event. The staff will always adapt the scope and format of the event so that the event takes place exactly according to your requirements and to your satisfaction.

What happens to the leftover food after the event?

We finish most of the dishes at the venue, on the one hand we guarantee freshness and on the other hand we reduce waste. After the event, we can pack food for the client, we also cooperate with food banks. Food that cannot be donated to food banks is disposed of according to the current hygiene rules.

Do you also arrange small events?

Yes, we cater for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large congresses for thousands of guests. We take the same care in every event.
