It’s the wood that gives the pizza its unmistakable flavor, a subtle smoky aroma, and perfectly baked dough with crispy edges. Thanks to the extremely high temperature, the pizza is ready in just a few minutes – fast, fresh, and with a perfect texture.

A great show for your guests

Everything is prepared on-site – from hand-shaped dough to perfectly crispy edges. Guests choose from a carefully curated menu focused on freshness, quality, and simplicity. Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, pizza with prosciutto, or a special topped with local ingredients? The choice is theirs.
