"COVID"


We are taking all necessary measures for all our events to ensure your maximum safety. We have also applied few above-standard ones so you can invite your guests without any worries. As well as we created the "COVID" catering concept, which meets the strictest hygiene standards.

If the conditions will change, we will be ready to immediately adjust the offer and measures to maintain safety meanwhile your wishes and requirements remain.

INGREDIENTS

  • We use only ingredients from proven suppliers, in hygienic packaging, with traceable origin.

FOOD PREPARATION

  • Meals are prepared in compliance with hygiene standards based on HACCP and other applicable standards.
  • In disinfected places, we only use equipment that is always properly disinfected before.
  • Default hygiene standards are extended to the use of masks, gloves and disinfectants.

CATERING DELIVERY

  • We use disinfected and closed transport boxes throughout transport with an emphasis on safe handling during loading and unloading.
  • From the receipt of ingredients to the delivery of food, we follow processes and procedures to prevent any unwanted contamination.

DISPENSING AND CONSUMPTION OF MEALS

  • We follow the regulations to suit the maximum number of attendants allowed. We actively try to prevent the gathering of a larger number of guests. The arrangement of dining and dispensing tables always respects the current government regulations to joint "catering" events, valid at the time of their holding.
  • We minimize the contact of guests not wearing mask during consumption.
  • Catering is prepared in a separate area for small group of attendants.
  • We disinfect the dispensing and dining tables after each use.
  • Disinfectants and protective equipment for guests are available in front of the dispensing tables.
  • The cutlery is served with the food directly by the staff or it is individually packaged.
  • We use only individually packaged additional equipment (toothpicks, salt, sugar, etc.).

COFFEE BREAKS AND COLD MEALS

  • We serve individual dishes in closed organic boxes or packed in individual portions or the entire menu.

LUNCHES, DINNERS AND HOT MEALS DELIVERED BY OUR STAFF

  • Hot meals are served to guests in individual portions in compliance with hygiene standards and using all the protective equipment.
  • Meals are served on heated plates.
  • The service at the dispensing tables is separated from the guests by a protective shield.
  • The spacing between guests at the service tables must comply with current regulations of the Czech government.

DISPENSER WITHOUT OPERATORS

  • The staff is not in direct contact with guests.
  • Meals are packed in individual portions in a predetermined place just before the guest’s arrival.
  • We always take it away after the guests leave.

BEVERAGES DISPENSING AND CONSUMPTION

  • Drinks are served in closed packaging with the treated glass or a straw
  • The staff serves coffee and tea to guests in individual portions respecting all hygiene standards.

STAFF

  • We check the health of the staff on daily basis, including body temperature measure.
  • Each of our employees signs an affidavit of infectivity, confirming that he/she does not suffer from any symptoms of the disease, or either has met anyone in the last 14 days who has suffered from them or who has been tested positively for COVID-19.
  • We equip our staff who is in touch with food or other persons with protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) and ensure their use.
  • The health card of a food industry worker, including compliance with hygiene principles and rules, is a matter of course.
  • We place special emphasis on above-standard hygiene protocols of all staff members.
  • We regularly train staff on all measures that must be followed. Whether those are mandatory or above the standards, accepted by our company for your maximum protection.

PAYMENTS

  • In the case of individual payment for services provided as part of the service, we only accept payment by card.

IN CONCLUSION

You can also order disposable hygiene products for your guests for each of your events, (mask, gloves, protective headwear, etc.).
